The Unique thing about Eodbox.com Bidding platform is that unlike any other bidding/auctioning platform, where the bids keeps increasing by each participating user trying to win the bid, here the system works on Lowest and Unique Bid system. Means price quoted by the bidder can be as low as Rs. 0.01 or as high as thousands of Rupees. All citizens of The Republic of India can participate in the auction. The platform is open to all citizens currently residing in India and have a valid identification issued by central &/ or state governments. You need to be 18+ years of age in order to participate. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to obtain a no objection from your guardian/parents for participation. The draft for obtaining the NOC is enclosed below for your ready reference. You can print the draft, get it signed by your legal guardian / parents and submit it electronically via our contact email support@eodbox.com. if our legal is satisfied we will get in touch with you and help you create an account on the platform.

We advise you to be over 18 years of age however if you are under 18 and wish to participate in auction, you need to obtain the NOC from your guardian / parent in writing. Check faq no.2 to know how to submit the NOC to our legal team. 

Our platform supports multiple options. You can login using Facebook & Google credentials. Or you can also create account by registering from Signup option present on the Login page. You need to have valid email id and Indian Mobile number inorder to create your account. We will verify your mobile number using One Time Password. Only when your mobile number is verified, you will be able to purchase bid credits and participate in any auctions.

Thought our platform is fully compliant with security protocols, however if you are still not able to create account, you could wait for half an hour and then try creating your account again. If the problem still persists, you can call us, email us and our team shall be able to assist you in creating the account. 

Absolutely NOT. Creating an account is absolutely free. On creating a fresh account you shall receive free credits in order to do some trial runs so that you can quickly learn the bidding process and purchase credits only when you are fully satisfied. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. That is why millions of customers trust our platform. We are known for our transparency and honesty.

You will get free trial credits minimum of 5 and depending upon promotion campaigns during promotional period you will get additional credits. Keep watch Buy credits tab to know when is promotional campaign available. It can come anytime.

Any credits that you have received either by buying it directly or through promotions, they never expire. You can use them whenever you want or till the time the service is available.

You need to first login and have some credits available in your account. You can check for available credits in your accounts section dashboard.

Dashboard is user accounts and settings page from where any user can control all details of their accounts. You can create/modify your profile, your mobile number, other details related to your accounts. Details about the purchase of credits / consumption of credits, bids placed, credits consumed while participating in bids and remaining credits will always be displayed in relevant section of dashboard. 

Once you have your account verified and ready with sufficient bids, you will be able to select auctions of your choice. Each auction which is currently available is displayed in the live auctions tab present in the navigation bar of this website. Once you have made up your mind in participating, you need to select the bid by clicking on its image or name of the bid. This will take you to details page of the items listed in that auctions. We suggest you to read the description of the product provided in the description box which has all detailed terms and conditions related to that particular product.  

There is absolutely no limit on the number of bids that a user / participant can place. He/She is free to put in any number of bids. The format of placing the bid is Rs.  XX.yy, i.e. two places after the decimal. It is important to follow the format. Suppose you want to place a bid of 1 paise, you will have to write it as 0.01, and if you wish to put the bid value as Rs. 100 and 25 paise, you need to place the bid by entering 100.25 . If there is an error in using the format, system will show you the error instantly. 

Eodbox.com is the bidding platform (also available an option to directly purchase products without getting into bidding at all) which works on Lowest and Unique Bid system. Here the participants have to bid the value which they consider is the lowest bid. However just being lower will not be sufficient, in order to successfully participate and win, the user needs to ensure that their bid remains lowest of all the bids places for the product and remains unique till the time of closing of the auction. For E.g. If 5 players are participating in a bid of the product MotorCycle namely Ram, asif, Ventak, Godbole and Patrick this is how the system will declare the winner out of 5.

Bonus point is what you get when you purchase credits online, your first signup, via referrals. You can accumulate the bonus points and then can redeem bonus points for credit points. The redeemed credit points can be used to participate in the bid. 

If you are declared as the winner of the product, you will need to pay the value quoted by yourself in that winning bid. Suppose you have quoted Rs. 1.01, this is exactly you will have to pay in order to claim the prize. There are no hidden charges. The delivery and shipping charges are mentioned for each product in the product description. Some items may not have shipping charges as they may not be required to shipped. E.g. various services and digital products, there would not be any shipping charges. 

The shipping charges are charges by our logistics partner to securely deliver the products at your doorstep. Each shipped item will have shipped using one of the best shipping/courier and logistics company. Each product will also be insured with the best General insurance company to ensure if any damages happened, you get the full replacement free of cost by our insurance partner. The insurance company will perform their own third party due diligence before releasing the final claims by the winner. This additional insurance cost shall be borne by Eodbox.com for the safety and security of the products. 

This is based on where you live in Country. However our logistics partners covers majority of the PIN codes in India. The total processing time of each order shall be maximum of 15 days from the day you complete the formality of winner. 

As soon as you are declared winner of the product on the platform, our customer care representative shall contact you to complete the formalities. Probably within 24 hours of auction getting closed. They will assist you and guide you and shall be your one stop contact till the time you receive your winning product. They will always stand by with you and shall keep you updated of each development happening in step by step manner so that you are always informed about your product reaching you. 

Though our Customer service captain shall be coordinating with the logistics company, hence we believe you will get to know the details well before hand, however if at all you need to leave your shipping address, our courier / logistics partner will attempt the delivery two times. If still it is not able to successfully deliver the product, our Customer service captain, will ensure the product is placed safely in one of the warehouse around your place and shall provide you the address to collect it personal by yourself. If any issues occurs, you will not have to worry, our captains are capable and shall ensure delivery / collection and coordination with the logistics partner. 

Well this is an auction hence there will always be one bidder. In case you are not the winner, do not worry you can still be able to buy the product at the price much cheaper than that available on other ecommerce portals in India. The same item shall again be placed on bid and you can rebid. We suggest you to keep a close watch on the bids placed by you to know the status of each bids placed by you.

In each auction, there is a tab which says "MY BIDS". Click on that bid and keep refreshing the page to know the status of each bids placed by you. There are three possible things that you can see against each bids placed by you.. Lowest and Unique, Valid and Invalid. Lowest and Unique means your bid is enjoying the winning position, however remember this can change if other participants bids the same value, hence keep a track of your bids at all times. Valid options means, your bid is still valid however  is not the lowest one. Invalid means, the bid is not valid anymore as other person may have quoted the same bid value and hence your bid is not more Unique. 

Yes right below the place where you place the bid, you will see three options, Product description, My Bids and Other bids. The third option, other bid shows the number of bids placed by users, their time and date. However you will not be able to see the exact value quoted by others for security and transparency purposes. 

Each auction may have different number of credits required. You need to check the credits points required to place 1 bid on that particular items. This is visible on the individual products at the home page, or in the highlighted option at the time when you are placing the bid. If at all you are not able to see it, just refresh your page and it will show up. 

Buy Now options is an option, where you can buy the products directly without worrying about the outcome of the bid. You can only buy, when you have atleast placed 5 random bids. This is to ensure that even if you buy the items directly you can still be able to win if your entered bids meet the criteria. 

No, As soon as you select the buy now options, irrespective of the auctions closing time, our backend team will allocate customer service captain, who will immediately initiate the actions required for the shipment of the products. We will not wait for the delivery of the product until the closing time of the Auction. This is because, you have taken pains to purchase the product without worrying about the results of the Bid. We respect your decision and hence will immediately arrange for the delivery of the product. 

We truly believe in the service to our customers and at all times would like to save your hard earned money. If the item selected under buy now options is not couriered, we will gladly cancel your order and refund the amount provided you send us the written request for the same. Our service captain shall help you in this respect. This is in the case when you have won the auction also, you will anyways will get the winning item, there is no point purchasing if you can get the same item at the fraction of the cost. However please bear in mind that such requests can only be entertained until the item has not been picked by our logistics partner from our warehouse. If it has been picked and is under transit, there will be some deduction related to backword shipment of the product to our warehouse, which we shall deduct from the total refund value. Well if you are a loyal customer and trust us, we may also absorb the backshipment cost with absolutely no cost to you.
